Shipping Guidelines
The shipping policy is applicable to all online orders. Both domestic and international deliveries are accepted by Mimosa Souvenir.
Procedure for shipping and delivery
We may use a third-party delivery provider (“Carrier”), depending on the nature of the order and the specific needs of the customer.
Shipper’s obligations
If the customer requests it, we will provide the goods documentation with the shipment. During the delivery process, the types of products documentation will not be the carrier’s responsibility. As per the carrier’s own policies, the carrier will issue a goods delivery receipt.
Delivery delay
If there is a delivery delay, either we or the shipping team will notify the client right away and give them the option to cancel their order if they so want.
We fulfill clients’ requests for both local and international delivery of items to the specified location.
Time of delivery
1. Vietnamese domestic delivery
- Shipping charge for normal delivery to Hanoi’s inner city is 30,000 VND. The products should arrive in two to three working days.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and neighboring provinces: 40,000 VND for shipping. The products should arrive in 4-6 working days.
This delivery charge is applicable to all orders, regardless of the method of payment.

Time is measured from the moment you make the purchase until the products are delivered, without including weekends or holidays. Depending on the circumstances, delivery times may be prolonged for significant events with a high volume of orders. We’re hoping you get it.
(*) The brand has the right to deny delivery in the case of an epidemic or a delivery region that is limited by state management agency laws.
(*) Orders will be delivered to the customer’s residence, with the following exceptions: apartment/high-rise regions (where deliveries are only made at the base of the building); locations with prohibited access (offices with restricted access, military zones, borders, etc.); etc.
2. Delivery abroad
